This vintage costume piece is BEAUTIFUL! It looks like a cape, but I believe it would be classified as a bolero, as it does have arm holes. The body is made from a thick chocolate colored carpet-like fabric. It is a layered piece with a cream-colored attached vest underneath. It has an ornate trim at the shoulders and a fringe in front.
