The Training Center, also known as the Tribute Center, is a building located in the middle of the Capitol, just behind the president's mansion on the City Circle. Upon arriving to the city in preparation for the Hunger Games, it is where tributes live and train. The center has an open roof, which includes a garden and provides an excellent view of the Capitol. ((Open Hunger Games RP. Be a male tribute?)) I stand on my platform, struggling to hide my shaking. I know I'm failing. All of the other tributes look so prepared... I gulp. Throughout training, I managed to keep a low profile, except when I scored an 11 from the Gamemakers for my 1-on-1. Everyone hated me after that. "5, 4, 3..." I gulp, my body shaking. Once the buzzer sounds, I rush to the supplies and grab the first thing I can, a filled backpack, and run into the forest.

Trains are the primary method of travel throughout Panem. They are mainly reserved for the shipment of one district's goods and materials to another, and for the transportation of Capitol officials. Most of Panem's citizens are not authorized to travel by train unless they are reaped for the Hunger Games, as travel between the districts is forbidden except for officially sanctioned duties.
