I am needing an extra boost of energy during the week - running between school, work and kids activities - it’s all GO! 

I nearly always make my energy/power balls with dates but I loved this recipe my friend gave me recently with no dates!! 

I made these for myself and had them after lunch with a steaming mug of tea. Little fact I can’t drink coffee it sends me loopy! Hormone related I’m led to believe ... .lol.
