Description DescriptionSorry, I couldn't think of a title for this one. So this is a commission I did for diferent6 of two Qilin characters. It was really interesting to get to draw this one because I got to design the characters. I was given lots of references to go off of and intended to draw two characters that, together, represented Yin and Yang. Description My portrait of a Qilin, or "Kirin" in Japanese (you know, like the beer?). They are the eastern version of a unicorn and serve similar roles in their lore part deer, part dragon, ox etc... Mine looks like its part brine shrimp. thats my chinese name there. Yes, I know my calligraphy sucks, I just needed something black in that corner. P.S. I made this for a special somebody!
