Carrot Cake Pucks:

One Spice Cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup crushed or chopped canned pineapple with juice
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup grated carrot
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tbl vanilla

Bake
Cool
Crumble

Add 1/2 cup buttercream and mix for just a few seconds till combined.

I used white chocolate to cover these and the chocolate transfers are from @evilcakegenius
