1hr · 10 servings Ingredients • 2 ripe bananas • 1/2 cup of peanut butter • 2 1/2 cups milk of choice • 1/2 cup maple syrup • 6 cups gluten free rolled oats • 2 tsp baking powder • 1 tsp cinnamon Toppings • Strawberries, sliced banana, chocolate chips, and jam Instructions • Preheat oven to 350°F • Mash the bananas in a bowl • Add in other ingredients and stir together well • Use spoon or spatula, not a hand mixer • This makes 24 cups • Spray two 12 cup muffin tins with nonstick spray • Add about 3 spoonfuls of the oatmeal to each cup • Add toppings • Bake for 25-28 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes, enjoy! •
