Luftwaffe merupakan cawangan peperangan udara dalam Wehrmacht Jerman semasa Perang Dunia II. Selepas Empayar Jerman dalam Perang Dunia I-era pasukan udara tentera darat,Luftstreitkrafte,dan unit udara tentera laut Kaiserliche Marine telahpun dibubarkan pada Mei 1920 dibawah syarat-syarat Perjanjian Versailles,Luftwaffe telah ditubuhkan semula pada 26 Februari 1935 dan terus membesar menjadi salah satu,dengan doktrin yang paling maju dan paling banyak pengalaman perang,tentera udara paling kuat didunia semasa Perang Dunia II meletus di Eropah pada September 1939. Selepas kekalahan Reich Ketiga,Luftwaffe telah dibubarkan pada tahun 1946.

Luftwaffe merupakan cabang pertempuran udara bagi Wehrmacht Jerman semasa Perang Dunia Kedua. Selepas era Perang Dunia Pertama pasukan tentera udara Empayar Jerman, Luftstreitkräfte, dan unit udara tentera laut Kaiserliche Marine telah dibubarkan menjelang May 1920 di bawah syarat Persetiaan Versailles, Luftwaffe telah dibentuk pada 26 Februari 1935 dan berkembang untuk membentuk pasukan udara yang paling berpengalaman bertempur, paling kuat, dan paling maju doktrinnya di dunia ketika Perang Dunia Kedua meletus di Eropah pada September 1939.[1] Selepas kekalahan Reich Ketiga, pasukan Luftwaffe dibubarkan pada tahun 1946.[2]
