[[തിരുവനന്തപുരം|തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തേക്ക്]] താമസം മാറ്റിയതോടെ [[അരവിന്ദൻ]], [[പത്മരാജൻ]], [[ഭരത് ഗോപി]] തുടങ്ങിയവരുമായി സൗഹൃദത്തിലായി. ഇത് ആത്യന്തികമായി അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ സിനിമാ ജീവിതത്തിന് വഴിയൊരുക്കി.
