Okay, so here's what I've learned about using Onedrive and Dropbox to host images.
Overview: If you have Microsoft you'll have Onedrive, Microsoft's cloud storage. Dropbox can of course be accessed on any OS. Both these systems work fine when posting on a mobile device, as well. Onedrive works best for me - it seems slightly faster and more reliable to display images, but everyone seemed able to see the pic from my Dropbox as well.

It'd be nice if it were simpler, but it does work. Hopefully that's reasonably clear, but ask away if you have any questions.
