IOW, the process submits to VRT the name and location of the uploaded image at the same time it generates the ticket sent to us. It would make things far more efficient. What I am suggesting would take place at the VRTS [https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:Wikimedia_VRT_release_generator&withJS=MediaWiki:Relgen.js release generator] where the user chooses if they are either the copyright holder or represent the copyright holder (I think it's JavaScript). When they click on one of the 2 choices, they are asked to provide more information. Can we, at that point, simply add another box that requests the url of the image? I'm not a tech, but isn't that license information the info we get in the queue?
