Motivation
The current property for BAG codes (BAG residence ID (P981)) was created for "woonplaatsen" (towns, cities, etc.), and later expanded to also include the other uses for BAG codes. Unfortunately, there are seven different types of BAG id, all with their own RDF namespace prefix (like 'https://bag.basisregistraties.overheid.nl/bag/id/openbare-ruimte/<id>', 'https://bag.basisregistraties.overheid.nl/bag/doc/woonplaats/<id>', etc). So we'd like to limit the scope of BAG residence ID (P981) to woonplaatsen only, and to propose two new properties: one for public spaces ('openbare ruimtes') such as streets, and one for buildings ("panden").
