Plain text names

Is there a property like this, for plain text names? For example, this image lists people which haven't Wikipedia articles (because notability). Like Property:P2093. Emijrp (talk) 18:40, 30 March 2019 (UTC)

Why only inscriptions?

Why is this limited to inscriptions? I'd find it useful to be used with any kind of text. Example:
