New formatter URL

edit

I've added a new formatter URL to allow proper redirection of URLs containing special characters such as exclamation mark (example of a problematic URL that results in a 404 error due to encoding). Yeah, it's not the best solution and looks rather cumbersome, but it's the only working method (for now) to get a valid URL containing special characters.
