I can't compare it with the anime version as I watched that a million years ago and can't hardly remember, and what's the point anyway. We love this version. Great storytelling, amazing voices, music is so good that I want to put it in my playlist and listen to it on repeat. It's just perfect, I need more shows like this. This show should be way more popular than it is (always think that moonins are sort of popular but not enough). Wife's adores it, kids love it... a true show for the whole family. Also in the calm side, so it a great show for winding down, we watch this all together at dinner time.

X generation is just a bunch of cry babies. Show is funny, specially enjoyable if you use to like the original show.

The plot was back to the future. The racist bad guy made no sense (what he wanted, change his timeline? If Rosa didn't do it someone else would have been the champion of Civil Rights, maybe even herself in other bus or act) the doctor didn't even try to understand his motivations. The Doctor was also no clever than anyone. Yo could still make the same points with a proper plot!!! The people that says is good because teaches something... do they really learn something with that? Or asume that others do? I believe it's the typical scenario where everyone assumes the rest of the world is stupid (specially kids)
