Lame Execution and dull lead performance let down the reality based encounter drama. Director: Atul Sabharwal failed to execution this crime drama. Since from the beginning to climax, he was unable to engage the audience. He make so much buzz for Bobby before his entry however there was nothing special in the execution. I would say very lame entry in the movie.
Performance: Bobby Deol's body language and energy level failed to utilize this opportunity as lead role after long time. Good performance by Anup Soni in negative role. Good supporting roles played by Joy Sengupta, Vishwajeet Pradhan, Hans Dev Sharma as a colleague of Bobby. Hitesh Bhojraj, Sameer Paranjape, Ninad Mahajani, Prithvik Pratap and Bhupendra Jadawat have given good performance in role of the Batch 1983 batch.
Script and Screenplay: Script is missing small small details which can made it robust. e.g. Proper introduction of Bobby's wife and her illness. If script is considered as soul of cinema, soul was not on right place in this crime drama.
Dialogues: For any masala movie, dialogue has great importance in the mind of audience. Here we are unable to get any dialog with some impact.
Target Audience: Urban Young
Last Words: It would recommend to watch some other movie e.g. Shootout at Lokhandwala or enjoy latest release Khuda Haafiz.
