Although name is perfect plan movie is not perfect. Four different thieves asked to perform a diamond heist rehearsal in limited time period. This part has not much thrill as it should have. Another part is actual heist, and it is so simple not a bit thrill or tension and finally a little twist and gunning and movie ends. Thus movie goers very dull on the other hand it should have been much better and had lot of scope for thrill, tension and suspense. Actors and actresses are very average and none is impressive. It does not match its title. Therefore once time watchable if you have no choice else can be skipped.

This movie(!) wasted my time. It isn't worth to watch it. Even if you have free time, don't waste your time on this movie :)

So... 2 guys and 2 galls wake up in somebody else's basement and it turns out each one of them is a thief, a specialist in his/her own field of thieving and they were all brought together a larger criminal mastermind, so they can plan and pull off the greatest crime in the century (or whatever).
All technical aspects of the movie such as lighting, locations, camera work, etc, are really at pro level. Everything else sucks, from the childish opening titles (probably done by some producer's teenage nephew) to the childish plot, to the subpar cast, and onward to the lame dialog and to the ridiculous fight scene at the end.
I knew this was going to be a dud from the moment I saw the opening credits, but I still trudged on and on until the end, but with this purpose in mind: so that YOU can spare yourself the waste of time and avoid this crap.
Skip this. There are far more entertaining ways to waste time.

This movie is a joke. The casting is poor, none of those guys look even a little bit like what they are portrayed to be. The acting is a child's play, you can't be a badass saying "it's show time" and you don't even look like you are ready for show time. And how do one wake up and find one's self locked up in a basement and the first thing on one's mind isn't to find a way out? It's impossible to just start assuming "they" want you to do this or that, "THEY" who?.
My advice please, DON'T WATCH😭😭😭

Why did I spend my time watching this movie till the end? I was trying to give it one more chance after every single bad scene... Bad choice, didn't get better, full of cliches and with a poor argument.

Kate (Kathleen Munroe) wakes up in a mysterious industrial building. She is joined by Magdalene (Gia Sandhu), Grayson (William Forsythe), and Rowan (Michael Hough). All of them have been similarly kidnapped from different cities and are each a criminal with specific skills. There is a setup of a replica safe and security cameras watching them. They are expected to show those watching how to break the system.
It's a high concept premise. That's what is best and everything else is crap. It should be just four people in a basement escape room. The rest of this movie is very unlikely. First, I don't know how there is an escape route without the controllers watching and guarding it. The last half loses me from the escape onwards. Everything is unlikely. Still, there is an interesting concept here. It does need some rethinking.

Sometimes low budget movies have an interesting, well-written story, but not this one.
Some of the cast such as Munroe and Forsythe were okay, but others such as Hough and Sandhu did not perform well.

Well, not perfect, but considering it's entirely an amalgam of all the same tried and true elements of a suspense-thriller-actioner--: laser shields, a la "Mission Impossible", voyeur villain, a la "Saw"s, an assemblage of highly competitive criminal masterminds, each feigning disdain for the rest, but secretly fully aware of the others' genius, like too many to mention, et al.-- competently written, played, and filmed, I'd say the end result was admirable. Carlo Rota reigns supreme as the elegant evil genius behind the whole operation. William Forsythe and Kathleen Munroe are the best of the rest, and Gia Sandhu has some great moves, Michael Hough has the thankless task of trying to inject some humor amidst the groups"tensions, but the writing's admittedly below par in that regard. The "He's my father, he's my enemy, he's my.." etc ending can't quite measure up to all that's been set up, but adequate to make this a fairly satisfying watch.

This is a very good movie! Unfortunately, for some viewers, since nobody got killed in the first 15 minutes, it will loose stars. Even more, if no one got killed during the first half hour. Then with no killing for a whole hour will make this a bad film rated at 2-4 stars. Good surprises, good suspense, interesting plot twists, make this a very good movie. It may not win Oscars but still it is very enjoyable.

I liked the acting. Some of my favorites, but the cliche way they defeat the laser motion detectors had me throwing my spaghetti against the wall. If you redirect the laser beam it's the same thing as standing in the beam. It's cuts it off from the receiver which is how the alarm gets activated. There's no delay on that. What a crock.
Just a bad movie. Many l stupid scenarios, the detective does less investigation than the lead female. The "hiding by walking around and around the wall" scene was laughable. There were just so many bad moments that you had to laugh.

I don't know what to say, expect a mediocre movie, despite the music score constantly exaggerating the suspense, none actually materialised.
The audio and photography are ok and moves with enough pace, it's just a lackluster portrayal, you find yourself reluctant to invest in any of the characters, they don't sell the part.
The script doesn't help, it dictates the plot and sentiment instead of having it infuse into the storyline.
These Mavericks are as deep as puddle on the sidewalk.
