When the audience is first introduced to Rosalind she is walking into her garage wearing distinctive black Louboutin high heels with red soles - shortly after talking to Michael she leaves the office wearing black high heels with a light coloured sole.
The small encased gold gun that was given to Mickey Pearson comes with six bullets, Rosalind even mentions this when seeing it. Right before she raises the gun then stands and shoots the two men you can see the six bullets still in the case, she never loads it.
When Ray goes to the freezer to get steaks to cook for him and Fletcher he is seen to remove frozen steaks. In the next scene he is at the barbecue and places the steaks on the grill. The steaks are clearly floppy and so thawed. It would not be possible to thaw the steaks so quickly.

In the closing credits, immediately under "Standby Carpenter", it says "Standy Rigger"-this should be "Standby Rigger".
Ray offers to buy the phone with a "Full Bag" ie £1,000 (Bag of Sand = Grand). However, he's holding a wad of £20 notes. He would need fifty such notes to make up £1,000, and the wad's nowhere near thick enough.

Northern Ireland is missed off completely and the Canadian province of New Brunswick (NB) is colour-coded as if part of it belongs to the United States. Northern Ireland is not in Britain, it's in the United Kindgom.
