No love loss. Cheryl Burke, who spent 26 seasons as a pro on “Dancing With the Stars,” is responding to Anna Delvey’s statement that she took “nothing” away from her time on the ABC dance competition show.
“I believe that the feeling is mutual from the fans of show,” Burke tells Variety.
During the Sept. 24 episode, Delvey and partner Ezra Sosa went home as part of the first double elimination of the season; Tori Spelling and Pasha Pashkov were also eliminated. When co-host Julianne Hough asked what she’d take from the experience, Delvey responded flatly, “Nothing.” Later, in an interview with “Good Morning America,” she was asked what her favorite part of the experience was. “Getting eliminated,” she responded.
Burke has been vocal about Delvey in the past, sharing her opinions on her “Sex, Lies, and Spray Tans” podcast. Following the premiere, she noted that Delvey, who rose to fame by defrauding banks,...

Dancing with the Stars historically taps into the emotional aspect of its celebrities’ stories. Dances crafted around a particular life event can translate into viewer votes and a mirrorball trophy. However, not all dances are created to get the judge’s praise. Some routines are cathartic, while others celebrate joy. Here are the five most emotional dances in the series’ history.
Amy Purdy and Derek Hough (season 18)
Derek Hough crafted a routine honoring Amy Purdy’s extraordinary story of losing both her legs and gaining back her life. The couple danced to the song “Human” by Christina Perri. Dancing with the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba called this one of her favorite routines and featured it on her Facebook page.
Purdy’s legs were amputated 10 inches below the knee after she contracted bacterial meningitis at age 19. She was the first double amputee to appear in the series and made it...

The Talk co-hosts chatted about the premiere of The Golden Bachelorette. The Golden Bachelor spin-off follows Joan Vassos and her journey to love for a second time. However, co-host Amanda Kloots knows of someone else who would command primetime ratings.
Amanda Kloots Nominates The Talk Co-Host
On the latest episode of The Talk, Amanda Kloots exclaims she has the perfect “candidate” for The Golden Bachelorette. She threw Sheryl Underwood’s name into the ring. Sherly responded, “What? Me?” She had a bashful expression as she looked around at the roaring crowd.
Amanda said she would have her popcorn and drinks ready for that event. Sheryl joked, “But you would have to explain to the kids why I’m tongue-kissing their daddy.” Screams erupted from the audience.
Amanda assured Sheryl that she would nominate her for the next Golden Bachelorette. The audience chanted Sheryl’s name. It sounds like everyone’s on board with this idea.

Sharon Case is getting ready to celebrate her 30th anniversary on Young & Restless. As a thank-you for her time on the soap, the network is putting together an anniversary special. Sharon revealed that the extra episode will have one of the “greatest storylines ever.” Continue reading to see what viewers can expect.
Sharon Case Celebrates 30 Years On Young & Restless
The actress first made her debut on the CBS soap as Sharon Newman in September 1994. Young & Restless producers admittedly had trouble finding the right person for the role. It was originally played by Monica Potter and then Heidi Mark, all in 1994.

I had just sent a voice note to my friend when a curious feeling came over me. "Let me listen back to it," I thought to myself. As I did, an even stranger feeling came over me, a lack of recognition of my own voice. You see, I've been code-switching so long that sometimes I'm unsure where the real me begins. Obviously, this was my friend, so I was being genuine in my language. However, as someone who has been a professional for many years, as well as an academic, the voice that I heard on playback was just one of many. And for a lot of modern-day Latines, this is another aspect of the identity politics we have to reconcile with. That's why it's refreshing to see that recently many Latine celebs have been more candid about the pressure they've felt to code-switch or "talk white" and are openly...

Casting Sharon Newman Was A Challenge
Monica Potter was the first person to play Sharon on Young & Restless. She went on to star in NBC’s Parenthood. However, she acknowledged that she wasn’t good on the soap.
“I was fired because I was terrible,” Monnica told Craig Ferguson on The Late Show in 2010. Then, she was replaced by Heidi Mark. Heidi is best known as Playboy‘s Miss July 1995. She was also married to Vince Neil from Motley Crue.

“Big Brother” Season 26 has been full of historic firsts, but longtime host Julie Chen Moonves having to miss her first live eviction episode ever has to take the cake. Luckily, “The Talk” cohost Jerry O’Connell was there to step into the beloved Chenbot’s hosting shoes.
The actor and TV host stepped in for Chen Moonves in Thursday’s live eviction episode after she revealed on social media she had to stay home after testing positive for Covid. In a note to fans, she explained feeling like she had a sore throat on Sept. 6 and was still testing positive on the day of the live show, which led the CBS reality competition series to enlist O’Connell for the essential role.
Afterwards, O’Connell opened up about his experience hosting the show, noting his shock that “Big Brother” has never been nominated for an Emmy across 26 seasons.

Julie Chen Moonves is coming back to The Talk for the first time since 2018. The Big Brother host was also noticeably missing from the live eviction on Thursday night’s episode. Has she ditched the reality show for her old daytime talk show seat? Here is what has been revealed.
Julie Chen Moonves Returns To The Talk
Big Brother fans can breathe easy. Julie Chen Moonves isn’t going anywhere for now. She simply called into The Talk to advise Jerry O’Connell on hosting Bb.
This was the first time Julie was missing from a live taping of the reality show. She was diagnosed with Covid earlier in the week and was still testing positive, so she wasn’t able to be there in person.

It’s not often that Big Brother‘s years-old “expect the unexpected” catchphrase actually lives up to the unpredictability it promises. But when Jerry O’Connell popped up on that tiny screen in the Bb living room Thursday night, instead of Julie Chen Moonves, the Season 26 houseguests were genuinely more shocked than any of Ainsley’s twists could make them.
Jerry, a current co-host of CBS’ The Talk, filled in for Julie on Thursday’s live eviction episode after she contracted Covid, making this the first time Chenbot has ever missed a Bb installment since it started airing in 2000. An impressive track record,...

Julie Chen Moonves to Miss ‘Big Brother’ Eviction Episode Due to Covid; Jerry O’Connell Will Replace
Julie Chen Moonves will miss the live Big Brother eviction episode after being diagnosed with Covid-19, the CBS host announced Thursday.
Moonves wrote that she woke up with a sore throat last Friday, and then went to see a friend who is an Ent. She was diagnosed with Covid that same night.
“Thankfully this is only the second time for me and it’s been very mild,” Moonves wrote. “No fever and just a sore throat.”
Unfortunately, Moonves continued, she is still testing positive this week, “despite feeling good, strong and my cough being gone.”
“I must sit tonight’s Big Brother live eviction show out,” she wrote.
Jerry O’Connell will fill Moonves’ spot on Thursday night’s episode. “I hope Jerry fits in to my dress,” Moonves quipped, adding that she also hopes O’Connell “has a ball and tells the houseguests I miss them but will be watching from home.

Talk shows are a fickle business. There have been hundreds of talk shows throughout the history of television, and only a select few connect on such a profound level that they stick around. It's almost unheard of to go more than a few years on the air, let alone pull a Johnny Carson or David Letterman and stick around for decades.
The longevity guys will be saved for another list, though. This list is for the celebrities who didn't get a chance to get settled in their talk show gigs, or even leave on their own terms. We're talking about the controversial ones, the ones who were undone by personal scandals and off-screen antics. Let's begin, shall we?
