The director was heavily influenced by the visuals of 'Hold The Dark' and states Jeremy Saulnier as one of his favorite directors.
Gary Piazza (the writer) also serves as Associate Producer and BTS filmmaker showcasing the making of the movie.
The script was optioned in 2020 by the production companies. However, due to Covid and other events, the movie took a while to get into production. Production finally began in January 2022 in the UK.
Sunny Pang, Ario Bayu & Ganindra Bimo were all considered for the role of Scott Parker. However, the producers decided to go with the then unknown actor, Warren Hicks in his debut lead role.
Due to the heavy VFX work required, the movie took 2 years to complete. It is now expected to release sometime in 2024.
