Adidas founder Adi Dassler is getting the Hollywood treatment with a new limited series in development from independent film producer Niels Juul and Ad Legacy, the company founded by his grandchildren.
The project — which will be told from the perspective of Dassler’s oldest daughter Inge and produced by Juul’s company No Fat Ego — will focus on Dassler’s life and the iconic sports and fashion brand he created from his small German village. It will also capture the intense family drama and rivalry between Dassler and his brother Rudolf, who created Puma.
Juul described the limited series as a “creative intersection” between “The Crown” and “Succession.”
“I am a big fan of real-life stories, and as much as I liked Enzo Ferrari’s tale, I was immediately drawn to the story of Adi. It’s a great dramatic, intense and brutal tale but also at times hilariously funny...

The "Guardians of the Galaxy" trilogy has reached its conclusion. There are unlikely to be more, with writer/director James Gunn leaving Marvel and joining Peter Safran to run the DC Universe. Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) will be back, as we learned at the end of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3," but the formation of the group we fell in love with has come and gone. The ragtag bunch of space misfits has certainly gotten into a lot of scrapes over the years, fighting villains like the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji), The Collector (Benicio del Toro), the Sovereign, Ego the Living Planet (Kurt Russell), and Thanos (Josh Brolin) alongside the Avengers.
Along the way, the Guardians have gotten all banged up during their fights, and some of the actors have as well. For instance, Chris Pratt's longtime stunt double Tony McFarr split his head open during a stunt on "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Belly credits two of the biggest rappers of all time — Biggie Smalls and P. Diddy — for inspiring his rap career.
In the Palestinian-Canadian rapper’s new song “Ambiance”, off his upcoming album Mumble Rap 2, he raps: “I’m Biggie and Puff combined, at least that’s what I feel like.” While chatting with Et Canada’s Morgan Hoffman in a new interview, we asked Belly if he really feels that way.
“I was raised on Biggie and Puff, you know. So I think I took a little bit from each one of them when it came time to come out as my own artist,” the 39-year-old said, elaborating that he took “Puff’s influence on the business side of what I do. And Big’s influence on the music side of what I do.”

This article contains Guardians of the Galaxy 3 spoilers
The final track might’ve played on James Gunn’s time with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but rest assured, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 isn’t quite the end of the story. While series mainstays Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldaña, and Sean Gunn claim they’re also done, one lovable rogue is sticking around for more. Aside from Chris Pratt himself teasing Peter Quill’s return, Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 3 quite literally spells it out for us.
A cryptic post-credits teaser of “The Legendary Star-Lord will return” confirms the music-loving hero has at least one more MCU outing in his arsenal. Don’t expect Pratt to suddenly lead a Disney+ Star-Lord series next week, and remember, he’s already expressed an interest in joining Gunn in the DC Universe. As it’s simply a case of when Star-Lord will be blasting off again,...
