Featured review
In this low number of the well-known Swedish Erotica series it's obvious that the company had yet to hit its stride. The talent is here, for the most part, and the photography is fine as always, but the scenes are too choppy; they move along too quickly and end too soon. The first segment featuring John Holmes and Desiree Cousteau should have been classic, yet it looks like it was edited for someone with an attention span no longer than an MTV music video.
Juliet Anderson stars in the next two featurettes in her familiar character of "Aunt Peg" Norton. Comment about her usually centers around her age (she's in her early 40's here) and her wild, uninhibited performing style, perhaps just slightly toned down here. What should be noted more often is how really attractive she is. The first vignette is not as good, without memorable co-stars, but the second is better. It features a younger Mike Horner than we usually see, and this is a bit of a revelation, as Mike does a pretty good imitation of Peter North. But these scenes too suffer from the editing.
The hour-long tape is fleshed out with some solo girl scenes, including ones with Seka and Tawney Pearl. They're really not worth much. The last thing on the tapes is a loop from somewhere featuring an unknown young woman and a guy with a big Afro who looks like he might be a young Billy Dee. It only has music on its soundtrack and, get this, subtitles! These get pretty ludicrous at times. However, the action is more thorough than in the main segments and this throwaway ends up being about the best thing on the tape!
