With his rugged good looks and natural ease on screen, Michael Trevino has quickly established himself as a highly sought after actor in film and television. He is best known for playing "Tyler Lockwood," for 8 seasons on The CW's hit drama "The Vampire Diaries." Michael is currently starring on the CW's "Roswell, New Mexico" as "Kyle Valenti," an intelligent young surgical resident.

Trevino won the Teen Choice Award for "Choice TV Male Scene Stealer" for his work on "The Vampire Diaries," in both 2011 and 2012 and was nominated again for his role for the same award in 2014. Christopher's love of acting and movie making began as a child. From elementary school through high school, he would direct films for class projects or act in various plays and musicals in the school's theatre programs and receiving acclaim in community theatre.
In 2003, Christopher directed, edited, and scored "Halloween: Evil's Reign," a fan film. The project was a full length feature, shot on Hi-8, that was screened at the "Halloween Returns to Haddonfield" 25th Anniversary Convention in Pasadena. During this time, Gomez was studying cinema production at Chaffey Community College in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Back in 2005, Christopher had mounted a one-man show where he re-enacted the entire film "Superman II: The Adventure Continues." The live 2 hour performance was a charity event to raise money, and donate the ticket sales to the American Red Cross for victims of Hurricane Katrina. Christopher once again mounted another, improved, production of the one-man show in 2010. This time performing in Orange County and raising money for the victims of the earthquake in Port-Au Prince, Haiti.
In 2007, through the City of Beverly Hills, Gomez received a Los Angeles Emmy award for "Best Public Service Announcement." This project was also in collaboration with Gale, who directed the PSA, and others within the department. In the PSA, entitled "Do You Know CPR?", Gomez had helped with casting and P.A. work, as well as having a brief on screen appearance.
Between 2005 to the Present, Christopher had been working as a video production assistant for the City of Beverly Hills, while simultaneously working at Universal Studios, Hollywood as a performer; background work in major motion pictures; and acting in regional theatre productions throughout the L.A. and Inland Empire areas. Shawna Baca got her first taste of filmmaking at the age of six when John Cassavettes rented her uncle's house to make the movie, "A Killing of a Chinese Bookie." Four years later, her uncle lost her at the wrap party for "One From the Heart," where she met Francis Ford Coppola. When he asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she answered confidently: "You." He tried to talk her out of it, but she held her ground.
Shawna Baca, founder of 4 Elements Productions, is an award winning filmmaker who was born in East Los Angeles, Ca. and has produced several award winning short films that have garnered recognition at national and international film festivals and showcased around the world.
Among other honors, Shawna was selected for prestigious programs such as the Producers Guild of America Diversity Workshop, the Fox Diversity Writers Program, the NBC Diversity Showcase, and the Project Involve Directors Program awarded by Film Independent. In 2007, Shawna was the only person of American Latin descent out of 12,000 filmmakers to be selected for Fox's Reality show "On The Lot," by executive producers Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett.
In 2004, she organized the American Latin Film Festival sponsored by Nosotros, which was founded by Ricardo Montalban to promote positive images of Latinos in front and behind the camera. She also sits on the Advisory Board of the East Los Angeles Chicano Film Festival Cin Sin Fin.
In March of 2008, Shawna was honored by La Opinion newspaper and the City of Los Angeles with a "Mujeres Destacada" award for her contribution to the community in the Arts and Culture sector. In September 2008, she was recognized at the Latina Symposium in Washington D.C. with the Anna Maria Arias Memorial Fund with an award and grant for being a Latina Entrepreneur as a filmmaker and owner of 4 Elements Entertainment.
Shawna was named after a medicine woman named Shawnawa, that healed her great-great grandmother after an illness. Her great grandfather made a promise to the medicine woman that one day he would name one of his children after her.
