Marvin Bowser was born and raised in Washington DC. He comes from a family prominent in local DC politics. He has degrees from The American University and The George Washington University. He started acting while still in high school but then life happened - college and a successful 34-year career in the Defense Industry. He returned to acting in what he calls his "Forth Chapter" and couldn't be happier. You can find him traveling with his camera when he's not on set.
