Brittany Christine(I)
- Actress

The following was written after a four hour phone Interview called: Brittany Christine want's it all, plays it all
She's a glaring glamazon-who delights in comedy.
She's a lingerie model-who throws on jeans and a sweater, then throws herself off a building.
She's a woman who knows herself-and who knows that her Ideal Role would be playing a schizophrenic with 30 different personalities.
Brittany Christine was one of those kids who played 30 different real-life roles growing up, shuttling from school to school, trading world for world with each family move-or each family breakup. She did it to adapt, to survive each new setting.
She's thankful for that childhood, because it gave her certainty about who she was, and what she wanted to do. She became an actor-and it was fun.
With more than 100 roles behind her, Brittany values range, longevity, and convincing depth most of all. She admires Betty White, Charlize Theron, and James McAvoy (Split). She looks with awe at the transformation Robin Wright makes from the Princess Buttercup of The Princess Bride to the sociopathic narcissistic First Lady of House of Cards.
Brittany shows off that range in her own work. She'll play the cutesy receptionist, later on a mournful mermaid-after that, the speed-dating serial killer seductress who serves her geeky guy du jour the roasted flesh of her date from the night before.
That lusty geek knows he's next to die, but he follows her into the bedroom anyway.
Who does he follow? Brittany Christine-discovering the inner creepy predator she had never known before.
Those grittier roles are the biggest challenge and reward. Those are the roles where she truly surprises other people, and herself. She likes going places in a role that she could never do in real life.
And the comedy just comes easy. Speaking for herself, she likes a director who will turn the camera on and let the magic happen ad libitum.
But off set she goes back to being Brittany, making dinner and watching a movie on the sofa.
Brittany wants to do it all. And most of all, Brittany wants to work. She wants to be on screen. She wants to be busy giving directors the performances they need and audiences the characters they want.
And optionally: before jumping off that building, she'll light herself on fire.
