Thanassis Totsikas was born in Athens, Greece.
In 2005, he wrote and directed the short film "EXIT",
which was widely accepted in Festivals around the world
(Clermont-Ferrand ISFF / MOMA, N.Y, USA / Uppsala IFF).
He has worked as AD in commercials, short films and feature films.
In 2006, he was awarded the tuition fees by the Greek Scholarships Foundation
for an "MA in Direction of Photography" in E.S.C.A.C., Barcelona, Spain.
He directed one short film there and back in Greece, he directed more short films, music videos, and commercials
and edited many TVCs.
In 2023 his first feature film "Saison Morte" (Dead Season) premiered in Greece.
