Daniel's play, "Colored Eggs" was successfully produced and joyously
received at various theaters across the country. The screen adaptation
of the play; "Changing Hearts", also penned by Wright, stars Academy
Award Winner Faye Dunaway, Lauren Holly (Dumb and Dumber, Sabrina),
Emmy Award Winner Tom Skerritt (Steel Magnolias, Picket Fences) and Ian
Somerhalder (Life as a House, Rules of Attraction). In 1996, he
authored a successful novelty book, "Dear Elvis, Graffitti From
Graceland" with Mustang Publishing. The riotous, quirky book found it's
way to the pages of USA Today as well as being broadcast and reviewed
in publications and radio stations throughout the country. Daniel
received his Master of Arts in Communication and Theater Arts from
Arkansas State University and his Master of Fine Arts in Creative
Writing from the University of Arkansas. Daniel has a long association
with Crazy Dreams Entertainment where he was an Associate Producer on
"All You Need" starring Kellie Martin (ER, Life Goes On) and
contributed writing to the film, "Confession" starring Chris Pine
(Princess Diaries 2) and Bruce Davison (Longtime Companion). Daniel's
debut novel, Lost Cain, was released by Mockingbird Lane Press.
