With a beautiful face and bright aura, there's no doubt that Shin Ye Eun is the brightest star in the room anywhere she goes! Shin Ye Eun started her career appearing as the cover model for Korea's college magazine College Tomorrow No. 840 in 2018. JYP noticed her as she was instantly signed as a trainee before debuting shortly after as an actress in the 2018 web series A-Teen. The show quickly became popular and has had six million views in one and a half months and the actress was praised for her character as Do Ha-Na. She also reprises her role in the sequel A-Teen 2. Shin landed her first leading role opposite Got7's Park Jin-young a year prior.
4 years later, Shin would gain a huge breakthrough as she appeared in two successful dramas that showcased her abilities. In late 2022, she appeared in the Korean drama "Revenge of Others", portraying Ok Chan-mi, a high school shooting athlete who investigates her twin brother's death and seeks revenge. She won Best New Actress - Television at the 2nd Blue Dragon Series Awards for her performance in The Revenge of Others. A month later to the same year, Shin appeared in the Netflix drama "The Glory", portraying the younger version of Park Yeon-jin, the main antagonist of the story who persistently bullies the younger version of the protagonist Mun Dong-Eun (portrayed by Jung Ji-so). With her performance on "The Glory", not only was the show hugely successful, but her role was significant as it was the first time she played a villain, a stark contrast to her previously portrayed charming and lively roles.
