Bent Fabricius-Bjerre was born on 7 December 1924 in Frederiksberg, Denmark. He was a composer and producer, known for Flickering Lights (2000), While We Live (2017) and Slingrevalsen (1981). He was married to Camilla Padilla Arndt, Anne Fabricius-Bjerre and Harriet Frederikke Dessau. He died on 28 July 2020 in Denmark.

Received a Grammy award for writing &quot;Alley Cat&quot; in 1961.

Father of <a class="ipc-md-link ipc-md-link--entity" href="/name/nm1227825/?ref_=nmtrv_trv">Dorte Warnøe Høgh</a>.

He studied piano at the Royal Danish Music Academy and led a jazz combo.
