Bill Wandel graduated from Berklee College of Music in 1993 where he
earned the prestigious Quincy Jones Award for outstanding achievement
in the areas of composition and arranging.
In 1998, Wandel participated in a highly selective internship sponsored by the SCL (Society of Composers and Lyricists) and was mentored by the following composers - Alf Clausen (The Simpsons), Jay Chattaway (Star Trek: Voyager), Dan Foliart (7th Heaven), and Steve Bramson (JAG).
The following year, Wandel forfeited his acceptance into ASCAP's respected film scoring workshop in favor of working on his fifth film score, "After the Storm".
