This is the sign up for our Hyrox-style class sign up page. Here, you will fill out some basic information, telling us a little bit about yourself, your abilities and if you have a race booked (Hyrox, running race etc) For those of you that don't know what Hyrox is: it is a fitness race that combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. Our class is designed to bring areas of the race together to test and improve overall fitness and strength. The idea of the class is to bring people together who enjoy this style of training and create a community feel to the training. The class is at 7pm - 8pm on Monday nights.
