At Becca’s, it started with croissants. Layers, lamination, butter temp — I chased perfection until people said, “this is the best croissant I’ve had.”

At Moro Kopi, it’s bigger. I’m building a coffee brand with the ambition to reach 1,000 stores, and I’m documenting the journey raw — every mistake, every fear, every step.

I’m not a celebrity chef. I’m not a barista champion.
