How does the floating/flexible holiday policy work?

Highgate provides eligible associates with up to 64 hours of paid time off per calendar year to observe cultural, religious, or public holidays of their choice. Regular full-time associates become eligible for holiday pay upon completing a 90-day orientation period. Holiday pay is not payable upon separation of employment and does not carry over to the following year.

How does Bereavement Leave work?

Full-time associates are eligible for up to three days off with pay in the event of a death occurs with an immediate family member inside the U.S. If the funeral services are outside of the U.S., the associate may have up to five days off with pay. Immediate family members are defined as parents, grandparents, in- laws, stepparents, spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, stepchild, and siblings (including in-laws). In this case, additional time off may be granted depending on circumstances such as distance, the individual's responsibility for the funeral arrangements, and the associate’s responsibility for taking care of the estate of the deceased. All requests for bereavement leave must be made by completing the bereavement request form in Dayforce under "request a LOA".

Colorado Paid Sick Leave

Highgate complies with the Colorado Healthy Families and 
Workplaces Act by providing employees with one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year. Employees begin accruing paid sick leave upon hire and may use it as it is accrued. Unused paid sick leave may be carried forward into subsequent calendar years, up to a maximum of 48 hours. These hours are not compensable upon separation of employment. Please refer to the attached document for details on associates' rights and responsibilities under the Act.

You can update your Direct Deposit information via Dayforce. Simply select "FORMS", Under the personal section select "Direct Deposit" and enter your updated information.

How do I Request a Leave of Absence?

Where can I view or print out my paystubs?

You can view your paystubs or print them out in Dayforce by Logging into your profile, selecting Earnings and selecting either a specific pay period or you can select all and print all of your paystubs.
