Diagnosis medica (vocabulum diagnosis a Graeco διαγιγνώσκειν 'pernoscere'), Dx et Dx et Ds imminuta, est investigatio et definitio morbi a medico facta.[1] Petenda notitia pro diagnosi colligitur more ex historia et examinatione corporis et mentis hominis qui curationem quaerit.
