Bibliotheca Rylandiana (Anglice John Rylands Library vel John Rylands Research Institute and Library) condita est Mancunii in vico Deansgate anno 1899 ab Enriqueta Augustina Rylands vidua ut Ioannem Rylands maritum commemoraret. Usque ad annum 1972 fuit bibliotheca publica civibus Mancuniensibus destinata; eo autem anno cum Bibliotheca Universitatis Mancuniensis contributa est. Collectiones locupletissimas comprehendit librorum manuscriptorum et antiquorum.

P. Virgilii Maronis opera; editio aldina anno 1501 typis Italicis impressi. Ornamentum pictum postea manu additum est.
