Armoracia rusticana
Armoracia rusticana est planta perennis familiae Brassicacearum ordinis Brassicalium, ad quam familiam etiam plantae Sinapis, Eutrema japonicum, Brassica oleracea Grex Italica et Grex Capitata, ac Raphanus sativus pertinent. Quae species est holus radicale, omnem per orbem terrarum cultum et condimentum adhibitum. Species in Europa meridiana et orientali atque Asia occidentali indigena videtur.

Descriptio
recensereArmoracia rusticana usque ad 1.5 metra alta crescit, foliis claris viridibus, glabris, non lobatis usque ad 1 metrum longis, quae cum rumicibus aliquando confunduntur.[1] Magnae radicis albae decrescentis causa praesertim colitur.[2][3][4][5] Albi flores suaveolentes petalis quattuor in paniculis crebris feruntur.[1] Plantae bene constitutae auctus extensos formare[1] et invasivae fieri possunt, nisi diligenter tractentur.[6]
