This visual tool is intended to help students identify how they feel and what they would need to help them regulate! These resources turned out to be a great asset in my classroom calm down area.

Use this emotional regulation activity with any self-regulation, behavior, or social-emotional learning curriculum. Works well with How Does Your Engine Run™, PBIS™, SEL™, & ZONEs of Regulation™ as a fun game to review & master the material. Teach kids how to identify feelings, regulate emotions, develop impulse control, and improve coping strategies to increase focus, emotional intelligence & executive function. Great for occupational therapy, counseling, or classroom management activities.
