Fired Up October Fit Club

We may be months away from New Year’s resolutions, but the decisions we make now will take us through January! I love the holiday season; the memories we’ll make, and, the FOOD. There are no foods on my “no list” because I have found routines that promote balance, eating all the food groups, and rewarding myself with health!
