The Greek pita bread is a pocketless flatbread that is used for the popular souvlaki wrap, the Greek street food. In this pita bread recipe, you need only a handful of ingredients and no kneading or a rolling pin. It makes about 8 pitas that can be used for a souvlaki wrap or for dipping in a sauce like tzatziki or for a meze platter. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
310g self raising flour 
300g greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic granules 
1 tbsp oregano 
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mixed spice 
1/8 tsp baking powder

Coriander butter 
handful-coriander diced
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp garlic granules 

For pitta bread: 
Cook using a dry pan and allow air pockets to fill and flip often to cook evenly

For flatbread:
Cook in 2 tbsp olive oil and press out any air pockets while cooking then baste with butter
