I'm going to share each step I took (from the training to getting hired) to become a patient care technician, and how you can too!

As a CNA, you face countless challenges on a daily basis. With so many patient-related tasks to complete in such little time, it can be difficult to prioritize what needs to be done first. In addition, as your patient load increases or decreases throughout the day, it's imperative that you learn how to best manage your patient load and ensure each is receiving the care they need. Here are nine ways you can handle patient load as a CNA:
