The owners became enamored of the historic structure and wanted to recreate a conservatory that would be true to its historic heritage.

On his website he says many bump this plan back another 2 feet making the kitchen u shaped and adding showers to the bathrooms. I would ask that he do that as well as add a conservatory or sun room off the living and maybe throw another fire place in there! With no windows on that side he could mimic the gable of the house and put a nice Gothic shaped or stained glass window in that gable
