Instruction: Providing students with a visual aid for writing their letters is beneficial. The handwriting house helps students to use appropriate spacing and dimensions when writing their letters. For some student, it is simply a cue word or reminder. Others however, benefit from writing on pages like this image where the house is visible on each line. This can also be adapted so that there is only a single house at the top of the page.
