This is artistic rain. I took this in an art installation currently on show at The Barbican (London). Not surprisingly, it's called The Rain Room. (www.barbican.org.uk/artgallery/event-detail.asp?ID=13723). I queued for 1 hour and 20 minutes to get in: I was with 2 friends it was not tedious. If one walks slowly through the rain, one does not get wet. I failed to understand that, and got absolutely soaked. I thought I would be able to dry my hair under a hot air hand drier in the ladies'…

Even this awful year, 2020, is speeding by. 3 months from today will be Christmas Eve. Wow!! Didn't go to bed until 2 AM. Think I was waiting up on the rain and it did not disappoint. And this morning, I slept in for the first time in a long time--drifting in and out and hearing the rain. Did get out and go to the grocery store this afternoon. Then home to make chili and cheese toast for supper. Just seemed the perfect day for it. Still raining but to taper off.

The weather recently has been wet, Really Wet!!
