My current summer 2024 gym/workout split
this is my current gym split. I lift 5x a week, sunday-thursday, and I do pilates/&cardio on friday and saturday. this split is optimized for lower body growth for me personally. feel free to adjust the days to your schedule

My workout split varies based on my schedule and/or my goals. If I happen to skip a day, I interchange it with a current rest day! My 4-5 day splits have given me the best and quickest results! Now it is important to be realistic and consistent when designing your split So figure out how many days you can commit to when if Mon: LEG DAY (Quad + Calves focused) Tue: PUSH DAY ( Presses + Flys + Extensions) Wed: CONDITIONING & CORE Thu: REST Fri: LOWER BODY ( Glutes + Hamstring focused) Sat: PULL DAY ( Rows + Pull ups/downs + Curls) Sun: RESET + #MealPrepSunday 🫶🏾 If you use this split or need a list of the specific exercises I do, let me know!
