Delightful December Days

Bet you'd never see Christmas pics up on the blog, did you.... think again! I know I'm three months behind, but I've got three kids so that sounds about right....right?! We had a wonderful December filled with lots of Christmas activities and celebration. It was Chloe's first Christmas and she was certainly fun to watch and share the excitement with. It was also our first Christmas in our new home, so we had a lot of fun decorating and enjoying Christmas morning with just us... for the first time in our married life! We still made sure to spend lots of time with our extended families and we even got to take a trip to Virginia to make an exciting end to a wonderful year! Here is the month in review in pictures!

TONS to be THANKFUL for this November!

 Jackson finished a good first season of soccer this month! He was super stoked to get his first trophy and he proudly displayed it on the mantle when we got home!

 Our kids dressed up festively for Thanksgiving! Jackson had a feast with all the kindergarteners at school and chose to be an Indian. We had fun drawing Native American symbols all over his vest and he had fun at school yelling like an Indian and feasting on popcorn and other fun things! Wade made a turkey out of fruit loops, and an Indian hat as well at preschool with his little buddies!

 For our anniversary, Ryan and I enjoyed a dinner alone on the beach! We arrived at the Beachcomber restaurant  just after sunset and were able to relax for a few moments of peace while the family watched the kids.

 Dad, Mom, Josh, Nick, Matt and I ran the Dana Point Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving day! We got up early and braved the huge crowds running the 5K! There were so many people running at the same time, it was crazy! We all had fun though and ran a good race, representing team NIKE with all of our brightly colored shoes!

This thanksgiving was spent at my parents house. We enjoyed all the family's favorite dishes, yummy pies,  apples to apples and reading Black Friday ads ! I am so thankful for my wonderful husband, kids, family, friends, church, new house...the list is endless!

October Outings!
