Das traditionelle Nord-Süd-Hilfssystem wird in Frage gestellt, während transnationale Herausforderungen alle Länder betreffen und stärkere globale Partnerschaften erfordern. In diesem Zusammenhang sticht die Graduierung von Ländern aus der öffentlichen Entwicklungshilfe (ODA) als ein Schwerpunktthema bei der Verknüpfung aktueller Debatten hervor. |
