| Inhalt: | Human Rights constitute a legal and value system that represent the
fundamental values of the human person, from the point of view of Western
civilization and its liberal ideology respectively. The discussion to revealing its
essence, is carried out in a global context, characterized by multiculturalism
and interculturalism. This paper analyse the meaning of Human Rights,
multiculturalism and intercultural dialogue from an axiological and
conceptual perspective, and the diatopical hermeneutics. We conclude that
Human Rights could be the cornerstone ofinter cultural dialogue.
Por Derechos Humanos se entiende un sistema jurídico y axiológico que
representan los valores fundamentales de la persona humana, desde el punto
de vista de la civilización occidental y su ideología liberal respectivamente.
La discusión por develar su esencia, se lleva a cabo en un contexto global,
caracterizado por la multiculturalidad e interculturalidad. En este sentido, este
artículo, reflexiona sobre el sentido de los DD. HH, el multiculturalismo y el
diálogo intercultural desde la perspectiva, axiológica y conceptual, a partir de
una aproximación a la hermenéutico diatópica. Se concluye que los DD. HH
pueden ser la pieza angular del diálogo intercultural. |
