Well I guess he doesn't have that much to share! He spent all day saying "Happy Birthday!" He still doesn't know the answer to the question "How old are you?" though. I've tried, but he still doesn't get it yet.
Since his birthday fell on a Wednesday, the girls in YWs wanted to do a birthday party for our combined activity tonight. So we just hung out all day and did the party there. We had the spiritual part first. Talked about adoption and the plan of salvation. Kept it short, Trenton wasn't gonna sit for very long. Then we asked him if he wanted cake first or presents. "Presents!" It was cute. So we brought out his gifts, which were his Christmas gifts that we didn't take to Washington. I wrapped 'em up in Birthday paper and viola! Birthday Presents! :-) Then we sang Happy Birthday and cut the cake. But T wasn't interested. He just wanted to play now! And with the 5 youth and his nursery buddy there he had all the attention he could want! He was in heaven with all the attention! It was simple party but fun.

After Christmas he sure knows what to do with a present now!
