We're going to dump in two packs of these little smoky hot dogs. We're going to go ahead and spread these out with your fingers. I now have a half a cup of your finest brown sugar. We're going to go ahead and just drizzle this over evenly the hot dogs just like so. Make sure you get it all out of there and again, spread it out even and of course, I've got one stick of pre-melted butter. We're going to go ahead and dump that over the mixture as well. Now, we're going to set this to the side because we're going to heat it for later. We're going to move it in a mixing bowl. America's favorite cornbread mix, Jiff and we're going to go ahead and dump that two packets into a mixing bowl just like this. Make sure you get it all out because sometimes it gets stuck y'all. Make sure you break up the lumps with your hand because you don't want the lumps in there. I'm going to come in with some sour cream. This is the secret to making cornbread. Super super moist. So, we're going to go ahead and put a little bit of dollop in there. Just that much of a can of southern corn. It's pretty much street corn with a little bit of peppers and stuff added in. So, we're going to dump a whole can of the corn in there. This is a 15-ounce can, eight-ounce can of cream corn. So, we're going to dump that in as well. Of course we got some old El Paso chopped up green chilies. We're going to dump the whole can in there. Make sure you get it all out. Some chili powder. We're going to go ahead and give it a couple sprinkles. Don't need much. Some paprika. We're going to go ahead and sprinkle some of that on. You can use smoked if you want. Then we got some Philadelphia whipped cream cheese. It has to be the whipped because it's way easier to work with. We're going to go ahead and put an entire tub in there. Then we're going to put about half of this tub in. Now we're just going to go ahead and come in. Get everything combined. Mixing the wet and dry ingredients together. We wanted to be fully combined and while we're doing this the oven is preheating to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Once it looks kind of this. We're going to kind of take two eggs. We're going to crack those in. Okay. Make sure you get all the shell out of there and then we're going to continue to mix this up incorporating the egg into the mixture. So it looks like this. We're going to go ahead and bring the button pan back into the picture and we're going to take the mixture we just made and we are going to pour that over the little smokies just like this. Make sure you completely cover it. We're going to go ahead and smooth that out. Now, this will expand a little bit. So, if it's not completely to the brim, that is okay. That's what we're going for. Look kind of like this. We're going to go ahead and toss this in. Okay, 40 minutes in the oven at 3 fifty. It's ready to go. Now, what we're going to do is we're going to actually take it. We're going to put this on top. Flip it. Okay give it a couple give it a couple love taps and then we just going to lift it and it should come right out boom look at that oh my gosh that look good oh if you could smell this right now guys this is what I'm talking about Look at this. Oh my gosh. It's cooked perfectly. Oh, I cannot wait to stick my teeth into this. We're just going to go straight in with our hand. Cornbread is amazing. This is what I call Cowboy Crack Bread. Give this a shot and let me know how you like it. I mean, you're going to love it 'cuz I love it. So good.
