Vintage 1940's Hat Dark Blue With Dusty Pink Flowers And Dark Blue Veiling No Makers Label Or Tag Sold As Is!!

Vintage 1940's dark Blue hat with Dusty Pink flowers and dark Blue veiling. No makers label or tag. There is a Black hat pin attached to the hat. I will leave it as it is and send it along. It is attached in the back of the hat. *SCROLL DOWN FOR CONDITION & MEASUREMENTS* CONDITION: I not on the INSIDE of the hat where a tag would have been there is a White discoloration. Possibly old glue from the tag (SEE PIX). The veiling does have some splits/tears. On the left side where the flowers are the veiling on that side is attached to the flowers. I don't know if that is how it should be or not. But I don't want to try and remove it from the flowers as to not tear the veiling any further. Sold As Is!!
