Either down/feather or polyfill will work. Inserts are NOT included in 18x18 in pillow cover purchases. This is because people like to swap out their covers with the holidays and seasons without having to store big, bulky items. If you order a rectangular pillow, it fits a 12x18 pillow insert, and a polyfill insert IS included. Your listing and the listing photo will indicate whether this is a square pillow or lumbar. } Handmade by me, in my home, in the US. {Minnesota, Uff-da!} } Envelope-Style Closure (no zippers to snag your furniture) } Front made of a nice heavy 100% cotton twill } Back made of a lovely neutral colored cotton, twill or other decorative fabric chosen specifically to match the front. Occasionally, you may receive 2 or 3 covers that do not have the same back because I use a different fabric for the designs that are more yellow in nature. I am no longer able to get my sultana burlap due to supply problems and have a limited supply of black fabric so if you need a special accommodation for your back fabric please write me first so I can check my supply.
